What is the Kitchen Coach? The Kitchen Coach is just like any other coach, someone to spark your interest, someone to help you improve your game and to help you achieve your goals. Who is the Kitchen Coach? Gary is an avid chef for over 30 years, cooking at a variety of events ranging from family socials gatherings to dinner parties. His passion for cooking developed over time by having to cater for his own family???s diverse range of tastes and dietary requirements. Gary spends most of his spare time in his large modern kitchen and never tires at the thought of creating or improving on a dish. His passion comes from seeing his friends and family happy, healthy and satisfied with an ever evolving range of dishes and menus catered to individual needs. Although much of his cooking is based around local seasonal produce he is not afraid to indulge in cooking meals from many other cultures. Gary recently appeared on ???Britains Best Dish??? cooking Roast leg of venison with a teriyaki sauce, served with Irish champ gratin & creamed seasonal vegetables with chilli jam. At his last catering event he produced a full Indian menu using authentic Indian ingredients for 25 hungry adults to rave reviews.
